I always drink alcohol the next day when I have a day off.
It’s a routine to go to bed after drinking 500ml (9% alcohol) and 350ml of canned chu-hi.

First of all, protein is indispensable to help the liver work.
As a guideline for the day, use soybean products (such as tofu half-cut, 1 egg, 1 slice of fish, and 1 slice of meat (about 80 grams of lean meat).
Diets and foods that are good for the liver are those that contain taurine. Taurine is abundant in shellfish (oysters, etc.), squids, and octopuses.

Neriame is a food that is unfamiliar to countries other than Japan.
Certainly, I don’t even remember hearing foreigners talking about “Neriame” on TV or the Internet.
The first time I learned about Neriame( Starch Syrup ) was when I was watching Doraemon’s anime ( Animation ).
Among them was the 22nd century candy that changed to yogurt and chocolate flavors each time it was kneaded.
When I was in the lower grades of elementary school at the time, I saw it and believed that candy was a sweet that changed its taste.
After that, can you imagine the disappointment when I ate Neriame for the first time, “It’s delicious as it is, but something is different”?
However, the feeling of kneading starch syrup with two sticks is fun for children.
