We tweet about things that are not related to our work.

   Shoes

When I arrived home after work and was changing into my loungewear, my wife told me that my feet smelled bad.

I did feel that my feet smelled bad.

Even though I washed my feet well, my feet still smelled the next day, and I tried to find out why.

It seemed that the shoes themselves were already tattered and soaked in the smell.

I’ve certainly never polished my shoes before.

And since they were made of synthetic leather, the rain did not penetrate into the shoes, so I kept wearing them thinking that they would be fine.

When I was a child, my father used to say, “Keep your shoes clean. You can tell what kind of person he is by looking at their shoes.”

I was in a rebellious phase at the time, so I didn’t listen.

However, after this one incident, I started to look at the shoes of people on the train.

When I saw someone with shiny and clean shoes, I thought they would be good at their job.

On the contrary, some people wear dirty shoes, and I began to wonder if this person was a slacker.

I got the impression that people who walk around with their heels on the shoes are especially sloppy in their relationships.

I don’t know what people see in, but I decided to keep my shoes clean.

   Yogibo LLC
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

Yogibo is famous for its beaded sofas.

Yogibo LLC (American company), was acquired by Japanese distributor Webshark on December 30, 2021.

Yogibo is now a Japanese product brand officially in public.

I was interested to see how hard Japanese companies were working.

We don’t have a Yogibo in our house, but we do have a beaded sofa.

When I sit down, I feel relaxed and confortable , but it is a little difficult to stand up.

However, I was able to realize the advantages of bead sofas, such as the fact that they do not take up as much space as regular sofas and can be easily changed in layout because they are lightweight.

I think I will buy Yogibo when my current sofa is no longer working.

   Pencil
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

“Pencil” is a writing instrument that I used to write with in elementary school.

I think many adults use it as well.

However, the situation of pencils seems to be changing with time.

I was born in the Showa era (1926-1989), and when I was in elementary school, we used “HB” pencils as a matter of course.

But it seems that elementary school students today don’t use “HB”.

One of the reasons for this is the recommendation by elementary schools to use 2B pencils.

In the past, students were simply informed at the entrance briefing, etc. that they should bring a pencil with them.

However, nowadays, they sometimes specify that students should bring four or five darker B or 2B pencils.

Why do elementary schools recommend B or 2B instead of HB?

Apparently, today’s children have weaker pen holding pressure.

It is said that this is due to the fact that we use our fingertips less and less in our daily lives.

For this reason, B or 2B pencils are recommended instead of HB pencils, which can be used to write darker letters.

At this rate, writing with a pencil may become a rarity in the near future.

Digital society is good also, but we should always cherish the warmth of human handwriting.

It’s hard to travel in the midst of the corona disaster.

So I watched YOUTUBE videos on gourmet food and travel.

What I’m interested in these days are videos of Japanese people living in Taipei, Taiwan, introducing Taiwanese food and travel.

I am very curious to know how Taiwanese gourmet food looks like in the eyes of Zoro-san, a Japanese.

Zoro san is a Japanese who aims to become the world’s number one Taiwanese gourmet information channel.
Channel name: Zoro’s Taiwan Gourmet

It introduces the defenite tourist attractions of night markets, small packages xiaolongbao (eastern Chinese steamed bun), local Taiwanese markets, and even local restaurants that tourists don’t go to.

Zoro, a former chef, makes it easy to understand and is honest about how well it suits the Japanese palate.

After the Corona disaster, I hope you will find this information useful for your sightseeing in Taiwan.

   Narita New Market
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

Narita Market has been relocated to January 20, 2022.

Narita Airport is only 3 kilometers away.

In addition, the market is equipped with a “one-stop export function” that enables the market to complete the necessary procedures for processing and exporting marine products within the market.

It’s very convenient because it’s close to the airport and all the procedures are available.

The old Narita Market was an open facility, but the new Narita Market is now a closed facility.

I thought, “If it’s closed, why can’t the public enter the market?” It seems that a tour course is prepared and available.

There is also a visitor facility building where you can enjoy shopping and eating fresh food from the market, and a deck where you can watch airplanes take off and land, so it seems to be a good place for sightseeing.

Personally, I would love to visit the high-function logistics building, where the various certificates required for export are received, phytosanitary inspections, explosives inspections, and customs clearance are conducted.

If I see a bug in phytosanitary, I may have fall over and stroke….

I don’t know if I’ll be able to go there anytime soon because of the times corona, but I definitely want to visit someday.

   Captain Reno
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

There is a game that my family has recently become addicted to.

“Captain Reno.”

It’s a perfectly simple game.

A game in which you flip cards and stack the walls of apartment rooms.

And if loses balance and crashes, that means loses.

I guess it’s a reverse version of Jenga, which was popular in the past.
Jenga pulls out the parts, but Captain Reno adds the parts.

If they pile up and lose their balance, it is natural that they will fall over.

However, I can’t stack the walls of the room smoothly.

The cards you draw have various instructions written on them.

It could be a an “L”
or Japanese character “く”
In addition, there is Captain Reno, who is like Superman.

Depending on the instructions on the card, you may have to put that on with it as well.

It will give us a bit of trouble.

The higher it gets, the more you cringe as the balance starts to collapse.

I recommend it because it is exciting thrilled and fun.
